Make a claim

You can make a claim by submitting the details on line using the form opposite. Or, please send your completed claim form by post or fax.

We aim to make the entire claims process hassle-free. When you need to make a claim no evidence of supply is needed with the exception of compassionate leave claims. Simply complete a short claim form, return to us within 60 days of the start of the absence (longer than most other providers), with a copy of the self-certification and/or a medical certificate and we’ll take care of the rest. Or, if you prefer, you can submit your claim on-line. Whichever method you choose your claims are dealt with by your personal claims manager quickly and efficiently.
